Christiane offers both group and individual therapy, focusing primarily on Substance abuse and eating disorders, as well as co-occuring psychiatric conditions including Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar Disorder.

The following groups are being organized:

Parents Group
This group is specifically for parents with children who are struggling with eating disorders. As well as being educational, parents who attend this group will have the opportunity to explore beliefs and feelings surrounding their child's eating disorder, treatment and recovery process. As a part of this group, there will be an opportunity to connect with other group members and to gain support from parents experiencing similar emotions and/or circumstances.

Eating Disorders Group for Women in AA/NA
This group is specifically designed for women who already participate in 12-Step meetings for substance abuse, but are also searching for a therapeutic environment to assist them in managing their eating disorders. While this group is therapeutic in nature, themes from 12-Steps meetings will be incorporated in ways that are also congruent to recovery from their eating disorders.
